The Spanish Daycare Center was founded by a passionate mother-daughter team who believe early childhood is the foundation for lifelong success.

Maika Silva

Founder and Director

Brings over 8 of experience in early childhood education. She holds a degree in Human Resources Administration and a postgraduate degree in Education, combining academic preparation with hands-on leadership experience as Director of The Spanish In-Home Daycare for more than three years.

Her leadership is centered on structure, consistency, and meaningful learning experiences that support both academic growth and emotional development.

Andreina Alemán

Co-Founder and Co-Director

Is a communications professional and early childhood educator holding a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. With more than three years of experience in early childhood education, she has been actively involved in building structured Spanish immersion programs focused on intentional learning and child development.

As a mother of two young children, Andreina understands firsthand the importance of a safe, nurturing, and academically enriching environment. Her leadership combines professional training, hands-on experience, and a deep commitment to supporting families during the most formative years of their children’s lives.

Maestra Kelly

Toddler teacher

Kelly holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and is trained in CPR, First Aid, and AED. With more than three years of experience in childcare and Spanish as her native language, she brings knowledge, patience, and warmth to her work with young children.

She has a genuine passion for caring for little ones and creating a safe, nurturing, and loving environment where children feel supported as they learn, grow, and develop. Her dedication to early childhood care makes her a caring and trusted member of our team.

Maestra Nesly

Infant Teacher

Nesly holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and is trained in CPR, First Aid, and AED. With more than three years of experience in early childhood care, she brings knowledge, patience, and a nurturing approach to her work with infants.

She is passionate about creating a safe, loving, and responsive environment where little ones feel secure, cared for, and encouraged to explore and grow during their earliest years.

Vision

After nearly 4 years of successfully operating our The Spanish home daycare program, our vision has grown into expanding The Spanish Daycare Center into a structured early learning environment rooted in consistency, respect, and intentional education.

We are committed to creating a space where children learn routine, responsibility, and discipline within a safe and nurturing setting where they feel secure, supported, and understood.

Through Project-Based Learning and full Spanish immersion, children are encouraged to question, explore, and build age-appropriate understanding of how the world works—developing bilingual fluency, confidence, and strong academic foundations.

Our educators are dedicated to supporting each child’s emotional, physical, and cognitive development, ensuring a positive and enriching first school experience for every family we serve.
