The Spanish Daycare Center was founded by a passionate mother-daughter team who believe early childhood is the foundation for lifelong success.
Maika Silva, Founder and Director
Brings over 8 of experience in early childhood education. She holds a degree in Human Resources Administration and a postgraduate degree in Education, combining academic preparation with hands-on leadership experience as Director of The Spanish In-Home Daycare for more than three years.
Andreina Alemán, Co-Founder and Co-Director
Is a communications professional and early childhood educator holding a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. With more than three years of experience in early childhood education, she has been actively involved in building structured Spanish immersion programs focused on intentional learning and child development.
